How to request account deletion

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open AceLab and sign in.
2. Tap the ⚙ Settings icon (top-right of the lobby).
3. Tap Account Deletion.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — By email (works even if you have uninstalled the app)

1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
3. Include your username and/or user code so we can verify you.
4. We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 7 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete:

• Account and profile data — username, nickname, avatar, email address, country
• Authentication data — password credentials and any linked Google sign-in
• Device identifier associated with your account
• In-app wallet balances (Coins, Diamonds) and any in-app items — these are forfeited and are not refundable or transferable
• Club memberships and in-app messages

What data is kept, and for how long

We retain the following after deletion, only as required for legal, tax, security and anti-fraud purposes:

• Purchase and transaction records — retained for 1 year to meet financial/tax obligations
• Game round / hand history required for dispute resolution and anti-fraud — retained for 7 days, then deleted or anonymised
• Security and abuse-prevention logs — retained for 7 days

All remaining personal data is permanently deleted within 7 days of your request.
